The Privacy of Consumer Financial Information (Regulation P) is a law that mandates banks to disclose their privacy policy explaining their business practices with regards to protecting its customer’s non-public information. Below is Cheyenne State Bank’s disclosure explaining how we maintain and protect your private information.

Notice of your Financial Privacy Rights

We, our and us, when used in this disclosure means Cheyenne State Bank. You and your means our customers who have a continuing relationship with us such as:
  • Deposit accounts (checking, savings, money market, certificates of deposit, etc.)
  • Loan accounts for personal purposes

We will define the following terms:

A non-affiliated third party is an individual or company that is not an affiliate of ours.

  • Information from a consumer reporting agency

We primarily use the non-public personal information you provide to evaluate your creditworthiness or prevent fraud.
